1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use jita999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

- You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party.

3. Account Registration & Verification

One Account Policy
Each individual Player may hold only one registered account on jita999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jita999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform. KYC Verification

Account Security Obligations

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jita999 immediately by emailing support@jita999. All activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your sole responsibility.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via MFS channels and ৳1,000 via bank transfer. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jita999's payments team following a formal request.
- Players must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be actioned.
- jita999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing times.

Anti-Money Laundering

The Operator reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, to freeze or withhold funds pending investigation, and to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities where legally required. General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on jita999 is 30x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 30 calendar days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. Unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, jita999 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the Player from future promotional offers.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on jita999 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before participating. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a Player to a refund of wagered funds.
Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by jita999. The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a bet is placed after the scheduled start of an event; (b) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (c) there is evidence of price manipulation or suspicious betting patterns; or (d) the bet exceeds the maximum stake permitted for the relevant market.
Void Bets
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's account in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the permitted timeframe, obvious pricing errors, or where the event outcome cannot be determined. Void bets do not count toward wagering requirement fulfilment for bonus purposes.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure that interrupts a game round or betting transaction, jita999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server logs. Where a definitive result cannot be determined, the wager for the affected round may be voided and the stake returned. jita999 accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's own internet connection or device.
Cricket & Sports Betting Rules
For sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other international tournaments), football, kabaddi, hockey, and tennis — additional sport-specific rules apply and are published within the relevant betting section of the jita999 platform. In-play bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing council for BPL matches).
7. Prohibited Conduct
Players must use jita999 in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or a permanent ban from the platform:
- Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials or identity documents.
- Underage gambling: Accessing or using jita999 if you are under 18 years of age.
- Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per individual for any purpose, including to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jita999 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
- False information: Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with jita999 support.
jita999 employs fraud detection, behavioural analytics, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, jita999 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, fund withholding, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by jita999
jita999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time, suspicious financial activity, identification of prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will remain frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, jita999 reserves the right to forfeit some or all funds as appropriate to the circumstances. Where no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the funds released.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting jita999 at support@jita999. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) BST business days. Upon closure, the remaining verified account balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Players who self-exclude via the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings will have their account suspended for the selected duration, with no wagering permitted during the exclusion period.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by jita999 — the Player's right to access the platform and any associated services terminates immediately. Any promotional offers, accrued bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements, and pending free spins allocations will be forfeited upon closure. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive closure — including those relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jita999's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that Player into their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jita999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction of registration. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
